Terms and Conditions These Terms are effective as of 09/18/2025. Your use of the Service after this date constitutes acceptance. Welcome to SalesCue AI’s Copilot, product of TOCHAN SOLUTIONS LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you (“you,” “user”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 1. Service Description * Our service provides an AI copilot that integrates with Recall.ai to join and process meetings. * We store user data on Supabase and may use additional third-party providers (e.g., for feedback, analytics, or storage). * The service is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. * The service uses Stripe for payment collection and processing. 2. Eligibility * You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. * You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws. 3. Data Collection & Use * Meeting data is processed via Recall.ai and stored in Supabase and retained by Recall.ai. * We may also collect feedback, usage metrics, and other information to improve the service. * By using the service, you consent to this data processing and storage, including by third-party providers. 4. User Responsibilities You agree NOT to: * Tamper with, hack, or disrupt the service or database. * Misuse access to other users’ data. * Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. * Attempt to build a service on top of ours to resell our product’s capabilities. * It is your responsibility to safeguard account credentials and payment info. 5. Third-Party Services * We rely on third-party providers such as Recall.ai and Supabase. * We are not responsible for the actions, outages, or data handling of these third parties. * Your use of the service also means you agree to be bound by their terms. 6. Intellectual Property * All content, branding, and technology related to Sales AI Copilot belong to us or our licensors. * You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: * We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. * We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, third-party failures, or security breaches. * Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (if any) in the past 6 months. 8. Sales Results Disclaimer The purpose of the service is to assist salespeople in improving their performance and closing more deals. However, the service only provides suggestions and insights. Your results depend on your own skills, decisions, and execution. We do not guarantee, and cannot be held liable for, any lost deals, failure to close deals, or any impact on your sales outcomes. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of others’ rights. 10. Termination * We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including misuse or violation of these terms. * Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. 11. Changes to Terms * We may update these Terms at any time. * Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms. 12. Governing Law * These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. * Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Illinois. 13.
